تعلن دار نياجارا للنشر والتوزيع عن صدور عمل أكاديمي جديد باللغة الإنجليزية للكاتب والصحفي المغربي محمد مقتد، بعنوان:
“Abiy Ahmed: The Strategist for a Strong Ethiopia and a Peaceful Neighborhood”

وقد جرى تقديم هذا الإصدار في حفل توقيع رسمي يوم السبت 13 يونيو 2026 بمدينة دكار، عاصمة جمهورية السنغال، بحضور عدد من الباحثين والمهتمين بالشأن الإفريقي والدراسات السياسية والإعلامية.
ويأتي هذا العمل في سياق التحولات العميقة التي تعرفها إثيوبيا خلال السنوات الأخيرة، خاصة بين 2018 و2026، وهي مرحلة اتسمت بإصلاحات سياسية واقتصادية وبروز دور إقليمي متزايد لإثيوبيا داخل منطقة القرن الإفريقي.
ويقع الكتاب في 405 صفحات باللغة الإنجليزية، موزعة على خمسة عشر فصلاً، ويقدم دراسة تحليلية موسعة لتجربة رئيس الوزراء الإثيوبي أبي أحمد، مع التركيز على قضايا الحوكمة، والتنمية، وبناء السلام، والعلاقات الإقليمية.
كما يتضمن هذا العمل أكثر من 380 سؤالاً وجواباً تم إعدادها وفق منهج أكاديمي يهدف إلى تقديم مرجع بحثي متكامل للجامعات ومراكز الدراسات والباحثين المهتمين بالشأن الإفريقي المعاصر.
وترى دار نياجارا للنشر والتوزيع أن هذا الإصدار يندرج ضمن الجهود الفكرية الرامية إلى تعزيز النقاش الأكاديمي حول القيادة السياسية في إفريقيا، وفهم ديناميات التحول السياسي والاقتصادي في القارة.

Niagara Publishing and Distribution House is pleased to announce the publication of a new English-language academic work by Moroccan journalist and writer Mohamed Moqtad, entitled:
“Abiy Ahmed: The Strategist for a Strong Ethiopia and a Peaceful Neighborhood”
The official launch and signing ceremony of this publication took place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Dakar, Republic of Senegal, in the presence of researchers, academics, and professionals engaged in African political and media studies.
The book addresses the profound political and socio-economic transformations taking place in Ethiopia during the period 2018–2026, a phase marked by structural reforms, governance restructuring, and an increased regional role within the Horn of Africa.
The publication consists of 405 pages written in English, structured into fifteen chapters, offering an in-depth analytical study of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s political trajectory, with a focus on governance, development, peacebuilding, and regional diplomacy.
It also includes more than 380 structured questions and answers, designed according to an academic methodology intended to serve universities, research centers, and African studies scholars.
Niagara Publishing and Distribution House considers this work a contribution to the academic debate on political leadership in Africa and to the broader understanding of transformation processes across the continent.
